Great everything. Staff, location. Need to go back when the pool is open!

Hotel was conveniently located. We stayed 4 nights. The service elevator was the only working elevator and we had to obtain assistance from the staff to get to our floor every day we were there. The person who checked us in said we would get one night parking free for the inconvenience; however, we were charged for all 4 days of parking. When I inquired about it, the person at the desk said there were no notes regarding the credit. Therefore, we did not receive what was promised.

Everything was ok but room bathroom had multiple issues and hotel management doesn’t have any staff to fix those.

Reserved 2 queens but got 2 fulls. Was told over the phone parking was included but it was not. Also neighbors were very loud but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Overall definitely not the worst but not the best.
