"The hotel was in a good location - it had car parking, but was also within walking distance of the city centre. The room was a good size, with plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable, although the room was perhaps a little hot for my liking, with no obvious way to regulate the temperate apart from opening the window and putting up with traffic noise. In the bathroom, the water was lovely and hot and the shower nice and powerful. The breakfast was reasonable for us as vegetarians. "

"A fabulous place to stay in Chester. The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect and easy to walk around from. The pub itself is great, and the Steak & Ale pie is delicious!! I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again. "
