「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「We arrived at the resort on June 16th with our 3 children. The resort was clean and the beach was was very beautiful. Our room was very large, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend this resort. The snorkeling was phenomenal. The only downside was the restaurant staff. Some of the staff seemed angry to be there which ruined the mood of the resort. Also, there were too many flies at the restraunt, which also ruined the mood. Food and taxis are expensive throughout the island...

「The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. The Italian and key West were definitely newer built and more expensive rooms however the French and Caribbean were just fine still.
