「Everything was perfect. I’d give this location a 10/10 if they had an ATM on campus. The staff deserve cash tips but there’s no access to getting cash on the resort grounds. 」

「The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Staff was overly accommodating and helpful with any questions we asked. The resort was small and quiet, which was so nice and relaxing. The walk to the beach took 1-2 minutes. The resort had staff on the beach who quickly got your umbrellas and chairs situated for your comfort. They also helped with scheduling us an excursion. Amazing group of people, gorgeous beach and water, and beautiful property!」

「The property is beautiful. The staffare kind and so helpful. As a vegetarian, this is the first resort I have gone to where there was so many food options for me. The chef at each of the properties 21 restaurants made delicious meals and desserts while observing my dietary requests. Thank you so much for making this trip so memorable.」

「We stayed on the ground floor with direct beach access from the back. It was spacious for a young family of 5. The ocean view was amazing, it was a great view to wake up to and to watch the sunset. The facilities e.g. washer, dryer, kitchen, and toiletries were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. 」

「Beautiful resort. Housekeeping staff and hostess (Winnie) were so helpful and nice. Van driver Jeremy was wonderful. A few things to note…. The breakfast that is part of Expedia deal is exactly the same every day. You cannot get credit or substitutions. You can get water, or juice or coffee. Same fruit, same pastries all 7 days. We were disappointed. We ate breakfast at the WE restaurant and the restaurant manager seemed like she did not want to be there. No sense of service…On her phone...

She corresponded with us prior to our arrival via email and was super helpful before and during our stay. -Housekeeping was excellent. -The beach and things like beach, chairs, towels, were always available and plentiful -Our condo was spectacular - great design layout and décor. -Can’t say enough good things about the screened in porch with the stunning view of the ocean. -Every detail at the Tuscany was on point from check-in all the way through to checkout and everything...
