"Our family had a wonderful time at The Tides at Grace Bay! The penthouse was amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach. There were chairs and umbrellas set up and ready each day. We especially enjoyed Brenda, who was in the Reception office each and every day. She was warm and welcoming and treated us like family. Any thing we needed, she went above and beyond! She treated us like family. We were all sad to leave on the only day she had off! We said goodbye the day before though! She was so helpful in recommending places to go, to eat, to see and have fun! Stay here when you get the chance!"

"The staff was amazing. The little extras that they pay attention too. For example they saw what side of the bed I was getting ready at after a beach day and placed a shower mat at that location. The turn down service was a nice touch. Will be back soon."
Villa del Mar

"I enjoyed my time at Villa Del Mar. The room was clean (and cleaned daily). The staff was amazing - kind and helpful. Shout out to Sam, Weslene, and Rose. The property is no frills but super easy access to the beach via Grace Bay Club across the street. As a solo-female traveler, I felt safe at all times. If you want to explore, would recommend that you rent a car because the street is fairly dark, though each property has security posted or walking around. The pool and jacuzzi were available (I opted for the beach). The room had a nice size balcony with a table and lawn chair. The room itself was a king bed and a couch, a bathroom with a standing shower and a deep tub, a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. It was missing a full-size mirror, but had all other basic needs. I would certainly stay at Villa Del Mar again!"

"The property was beautifully maintained with a pool, gym and easy access to the beach with umbrellas, chairs and towels. The location was extremely accessible to multiple restaurants, the grocery store (walkable, 0.4 mile distance) and we had a full kitchen to prepare meals. The hotel staff reached out to assist with a booking a secured taxi before we arrived which was nice and made the transportation ready upon our landing in Turks. We requested assistance for planning a 1/2 day snorkel trip and had a lovely time with Caicos island charter tours. The tour group picked us up and dropped us back off on the hotel’s beach. We staff were all pleasant and accommodating answering all of our questions. There was a water station with limes in the front lobby and I refilled my water bottle multiple times daily which was nice in the hot weather. We loved our stay and would like return to the Regent Grand."
