"This home is absolutely beautiful!!! Like the other reviews state, the pictures do not do it justice. This home is very clean, all the linens smelled fresh and looked new. All of the rooms have a smart TV in them, which was perfect for our multi-generational traveling family. The common area is huge, perfect for all of us. The outdoor area was so lovely. The grounds keeper was extremely helpful and tended to the property with impeccable care, It is a quick walk over to Sunset beach, and close to the grocery store, golf course and shopping. Britney was very professional, prompt and helpful with all of our questions. The other thing that is no nice about this house, is that they do not ding you for water or electric usage!! It actually made us more aware and were conscious of what we used, and is one of the few houses down there that has central AC. We did not experience one issue while staying here. It was very obvious that they all knew what they were doing to make our stay here fabulous! The sunset views from the upper balconies were just breathtaking!! Looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you again for making our annual family trip so enjoyable."

"This property was great, and is described very accurately by the hosts. It is very close to the beach, and the hosts have generously provided three shade umbrellas, three beach chairs, a larger and a small portable cooler, and a few other beach items that were wonderful and we used frequently. Large deck and screened in patio, that was nice for morning coffee drinking. We rented a car and checked out different beaches on the island every day. Internet was fast and good, never turned on the TV. Bed was a big comfortable king size, and the "split" bathroom with toilet and sink in one, and shower and sink in the other was convenient. There are separate air conditioning units in the main living area and bedroom, so if it hot (which it is, and hosts request you turn off the AC when not in the home), we found that either space cooled down quickly and comfortably."
