「The property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process. 」

「The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.」

「Property was clean. Didn’t have any issues with check in or check out. Genesis was great making sure my stay was good. Room floors could’ve been cleaned alittle better but that’s about it. And if you have noisy neighbors you will be able to hear everything lol walls are very thin 」
