The Neighborhood:
Casa Serenidad is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.

The property has one parking space located in the garage and an additional two spaces in the parking lot. Don’t have a racket? No problem—rentals are available on-site for just $5 each. Courts are open 7 days a week for both play and lessons.
