"This unit was very nice and had what I needed, but the complex did not have an elevator. Or at least not an easily accessible one that I could find. Nor was there street parking near this unit because I arrived late, so I had to make several trips from the parking lot, navigating a flight of stairs to bring my pet and all of my stuff to this unit. The following morning there was a housekeeper looming before check out and the door locked at exactly 11am. There was nothing easy about this stay..."

"The check-in process was very easy, as simple as recieving the building and room codes via message. The room was very clean upon arrival. Parking was simple and did not need to hunt for a space. The location was within 25 minutes of easy walking to downtown Roanoke, so no driving is necessary unless you want to. If you don't feel like walking or driving, the Ubers would likely be inexpensive due to how close it is to downtown. I also enjoyed the suggestions of places to visit inside the visitor...

"The property itself is great even if the parking garage is a little inconveniently placed. It’s not a far walk, but can be tedious with traffic. Rooms and property maintain the historic elements of the previous bank usage now with modern amenities. The biggest downside is the homeless outreach center across the street, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there are some extremely aggressive individuals that can make you feel unsafe."
