「Overall our stay with the hotel was great! Had a long drive in and got there late. Front desk was a little snippy at check in with the name I put down on reservation and what was on my card. Which was still mine! Other than that no complaints! Would stay here again next time we’re coming to Milwaukee 」
「Some of the items in the room coyld use some updating, the chairs are peeling. Also was a little odd that the presidential suite does not have a full size fridge or any type of dishes or silverware. 」

「Beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay again. One downside is that we were unaware that there was a complementary (we think?) breakfast so we left and paid for breakfast nearby. That’s something important to note to guests.」
