「small but cosy. Everything I needed」

「We were extremely annoyed with the standard of cleanliness of the studio. We had to clean the kitchen with all of its utensils, bathroom and living area ourselves!!The portable heater would only work on low! The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows flat and the duvet was all clumped up!!We were very disappointed clients!!」

「Location is great, but the room itself is dated. Could do with a lick of paint, some repairs to the furniture and a much better heating system. Kettle wasn't working when we stayed but I'm sure this was resolved for the next guests.」

「The check-in process wasn't difficult the only minor issue was once your in the building no call can be made unless you've got WiFi. I would say it brilliant location and corner shops at your convenience. If needed lidl or Iceland they aren't to far either. Inside the property it was very spacious and easy to manoeuvre around especially if you have a child with additional needs. The bathroom was clean and toiletries was provided. 「My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff.
