"The property was beautiful and Olivia was very helpful. The check in process is the only reason that I rated this lower than Excellent because it was difficult to access app initially and I received no instructions until paperwork was satisfied which involved sending photos of selfies with ID's as well as CC selfie and this was not clear in booking which felt a bit off as I had never had to do this in past travels and bookings."

"Loved the location, extremely close to shops and train station. Not sure if the room was quite worth the amount paid purely due to the age and basic set-up, but cant fault cleanliness and convenience. Will definitely stay there again."

"The stay was pleasant & comfortable. We were family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) traveling from abroad. Items that were VERY appreciated:- Communication: Owners are very quick to reply & THOROUGH! Directions provided prior to arrival are so organized & detailed!- Location: 4-5 minutes walk from Toowong Village was VERY convenient; Coles & Woolies markets there so we stocked up fridge to cook own meals. Easy to access all of Brisbane from here, very safe & walkable area!- Climate control system:...
