"I would not recommend staying at this property. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned — there was visible dirt, hair, dust, and stains, despite a cleaning fee being charged. This was very disappointing and not what you expect when checking in. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during the stay. Despite multiple attempts to fix it and communication with the host, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the parking space that was supposed to be included was not available, which...

"Great location, property all as advertised"

"I didn't get the email to say how to check in untill after we arrived. When you go to check in the check in parking is around the corner with no sign saying where to go which is ridiculous when you have a lot of baggage. The room came with free parking but i then had to drive 1.5k to park the car then walk back 300 meters back to motel because of the one way streets. The bed was so hard it was more comfortable to sleep on the floor."

"Great view of city . Convenient location with lots of food options around the corner along James Street. Easy access (short walk) to Fortitude Valley train station and buses along Ann St. Howard Smith Wharves ~ 20mins walk. Only downside is weekend noise from clubs up to 2-3am. (Kitchen would benefit from large bowls...)"
