"Staff was excellent. View was beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. My husband had major surgery at UCSF. This was an excellent option to bring him to after surgery as we live 8 hours away. The restaurant was really good. However, it would be nice to have an area where we could go to get coffee/tea downstairs anytime not just in the room.
