"2 nights. Really didn't use any facilities as it was a family visit, so only slept there. Couldn't fault the check in, room was lovely, shower a bit mouldy, off street parking. Bus/tram about 10 minute walk. Would stay again. "

"Great location, right by the beach, the property was well maintained staff were pleasant. Only thing is that they could’ve done with a few more cooking utensils we chose this property because it had a kitchenette but there was only little saucepan "

"Amazing location. Staff very helpful and lovely and place was clean. Need to sort out the water pressure as opening the taps more than a tiny bit meant having an impromptu shower. Stayed in studio where there was a random supply of kitchen bits and bobs but it was ok for one person. Place is very tired and worn. Booked a room with a balcony but it was more of a closed in porch. If you're looking for a clean place that you're not doing much but sleeping in and want to be in the heart of at kilda you've found it. "

"Interesting art deco building close to the beach. Large room with a balcony. No noise from the bar even on Saturday night and only a little from the road. Good value. Pleasant breakfast on Sunday morning"

"Once we turned the air-conditioning on we couldn't turn it off, adjust the fan setting we had to keep turning the temp up. The tv remote was dodgy, when you changed the chanel or volume it would turn the tv off. One of the bathroom doors would close properly and the toilet needed repeated flushes every time. The staff were really nice though."

"Great location, clean and spacious accommodation. Found it noisy though on Friday and Saturday nights in the one bed apartment as pub right down below and bedroom window is not double-glazed. Could also use some softer pillows on the bed. Overall very good and wouldn't stop us staying again."
