「Exactly what my family needed being in town for a week long basketball tournament. A little extra space and privacy and able to cook a few meals. Nice park within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with amenities.」

「The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

「I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome....」

「House was great! Well stocked with coffee, little creamers, pots and pans, plates, etc. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very well kept property and nice personal touches. Would stay again!!」

「Very clean, beds very comfortable Convenient to University」

「We love this house! Its always clean and ready to go when we arrive! Great location and great communication!」

「Home was great for what we needed! Location was perfect and close to everything.」

「Great place for an extended stay」

「Loved it .」

「Nice clean little place. Perfect for a short visit. It’s very small, but it was great for just me and my dog. The bed is very comfortable. Little difficult to see the drive entrance, but that’s great because there’s no traffic on the property.」

「The property was clean and welcoming, we were a party of eight and everyone had their own space. The host was accessible and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home.」

「We were unable to stay due to the unsafe staircase. The staircase is steep and extra wide and does not provide adequate handrail support. It was impossible for us to climb and descend the stairs safely. The townhouse is lovely, but the staircase is unsafe for elderly and impaired guests.」

「WOW!!! All I can say is this is the best experience we have had with a VRBO! The home was sooo clean and has everything you could ever need. The host is the Best!! So good at communicating with you before during and after your stay. We felt right at home here and could not have asked for it to be any better !! We will be staying again !!!」

「It was perfect.」

「This home was gem, we loved the Aggie spirit, the house felt very cozy and welcoming, the extra beds would have been so wonderful if we had all of our children with us, but knowing that the availability was there for extra guest was inviting. Will use again if ever in College Station, we wanted to be in the home more than around town.」

「We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our trip, which made everything so much easier. The home was very quiet, and I really appreciated how peaceful it was after long days out. You can tell they put a lot of work into remodeling the space, and it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!」

「Everything was great about our stay here! Clean, cute, comfortable. And the host was communicative and super nice in her correspondence!」

「Great home layout very quiet neighborhood plenty of space and bathrooms」
