Great place close to University.

Spent a week visiting our kids in College Station. Place had a well equipped kitchen. Centrally located to A&M, restaurants and shopping.

Spacious and nicely decorated

Spacious property with 2 sitting / gathering areas in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed at Christmas and the tree and decorations were lovely. Lots on games available in the house. Great upstairs patio. The host was very responsive when we had a quick question.

Great location

Second time staying in this townhouse, we love the distance to Kyle Field and Santa’s Wonderland. The location/neighborhood is great and we love the layout/amenities so much for our family. The furniture is starting to be a little worse for wear and we had ants in the kitchen this time. It was a little harder to get in touch with the host this time, but we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated!

Beautiful Condo

We were in College Station to help move our college daughter into her college apartment and since we had grandparents with us, this townhome was the perfect space. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, great layout, quiet neighborhood yet it was close to everywhere we needed to be. We loved it so much we plan on renting the same home when we come back for football games.

College Station

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home was clean and well-maintained. While the townhome is located next to a busy highway, which results in some road noise, this does not impact the quality of the property. I would recommend staying here.

Nice townhouse

Easy to find. Cute townhouse with large bedrooms and closets. Comfortable beds. The AC wasn’t working upon arrival and the owner & maintenance man were very quick to get someone to come over and make quick repairs. The house was clean but dusty. We were very comfortable there and would stay there again. Having a garage for one of our cars was a HUGE bonus!

Nice place

For a newer rental in a college town, it was nice. There were obviously things broken, worn and in need of replacement but it’s in a nice location and safe. Plenty of space. Easy access to major roads and close enough to campus. Communication with manager was excellent. Very responsive. Would rent again.

Good stay!

Everthing was as in discrimination of property. Key pad for garage door did not work well (needs some attention) but could have been weather related because it was humid and rained most of our stay. Floors were sticky but also could have been due to high humidity. Found hair on upstairs bathroom floor sink and bathtub. The rest reason I gave 4 stars in cleanliness (along with sticky floors) Beds were very comfortable! Loved floor plan of house! Would stay again!

All in all good stay

The owner let us check in an hr early which was great! Good location and cute townhome. The bedrooms got a little hot at night however the rest of the house got pretty cold. We couldn’t get the living room TV to work however there was another tv room so we made that work. Microwave handle was broke off previously and the floorboards and carpets need a deep cleaning . So just a few minor things that need addressing But all in all the house was fine and the beds were comfortable.

Close to Wedding Venue

We were in town for a wedding at Peach Creek Ranch and this place was less than 15 minutes from the venue. We had everything we need and had great communication with the host.

Nice quiet stay

Good location and easy to get back and forth to A&M campus. Great floorplan layout for a family with master downstairs and 2 bedrooms up with it's own living area. Bonus was ability to park car in garage when storms came through one night. Would stay here again!
