"We arrive like 2 hours before check in and they gave us the room even though the hotel seemed pretty busy. When checking out the hotel was quiet and we asked for one hour more to check out and they say NO, even though it seemed everybody left, we can tell by cars in parking lot and the price for that day , I guess you can have it all."

"Excellent hotel, especially for a college town. Only complaint was that our fridge was not working in our room, and when we reported it they said they’ll be in our room in 20 minutes. We waited and waited, and they never showed up, until 10:20 the next morning before check out. We said something to the front desk upon checkout, but she didn’t care. Oh well! "

Instead of offering to replace the tv so that we could watch something that evening, she just said she would report it to maintenance. The next day when I checked out and asked the new front desk clerk about it she said she did not have any maintenance report. I feel this could have been handled better and...
