「Dirty and stinks」

「Seems like a nice new hotel but we had several issues--minor things like loose tiles in the entry hitting the bottom of the door to a major issue of never actually getting a key that worked after 4 trips back to the front desk. We ended up giving up and since we were there basically just to sleep we just had someone stay in the room at all times to let others in. I was hoping to get the room comp'd but there was no one at the front desk the next morning and I gave up after waiting quite a...

「I had a very bad experience with expedia my reservation was canceled 20 min before check in and was no help was so disappointed had to book something close by it was my son's graduation surprise but when I checked in this other place the owners went beyond to make our stay great friendly gave us a free boat ride was an amazing experience made something bad turn into an amazing experience thank you forever grateful the nicest sweetest people and an awesome place to stay」

「It was ok. Convenient because it was right by the highway. Pool was closed for maintenance at this time. I personally don’t like hotel rooms with vinyl floors. The floor is always so dirty and that was the case here too. Kitchen is available but there is no dishes or silverware or pots so totally useless.」

「Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near.」
