Our room was so cozy and fun! Very clean and I loved how the sheep in the hall kept moving as we came and went throughout our stay! What a fun little add on…. There is a Bar on site in the Lobby, plenty of seating areas to visit. They also serve food. There is also a cute little shop in the lobby, but plenty of walkable shops and restaurants nearby in the square.

The George is a nice hotel and the location is great if you like shopping centers. It was well within walking distance of most good restaurants. That said, if you stay here, review your folio! I was charged $47.89 from the 1791 Whiskey Bar, which I never set foot in and the charge was from the day I left. I checked out at 9 am and the charge was for that evening. So clearly a mistake. There is a fridge in the room but it's full of beer, wine, and beverages for sale. If you like to buy food/drinks and keep in your fridge, know that you can't do that here. I pulled out a bottle of wine but realized there was no wine opener in my room. I called the front desk to see if they could send one up and the young lady I spoke with said they would; however, after 30 minutes, nothing. I called back and she said "we will send someone up--or not." Good grief. I won't stay here again.
