Clean rooms; Wifi is great; Staff is attentive; Rooms get cleaned and linens changed one day per week; Flat screens in living room/bedroom; Study desk in bedroom; full kitchen with oven/stovetop/microwave/dishwasher/sink; full sized refrigerator/freezer; Close to grocery stores/shopping; Exercise room on premises with dumbbells/bench/treadmill/bike; Laundry room on premises ($3 per wash or dry); Within walking distance of gas station/convenience store; Suggest getting a rental car for more options... highly recommend this place!

This place is great. There's a gas stain right next to it that sells very really good food as well. The room is actually an apartment with full size kitchen so if you want to get groceries you can. Really good place.

Really good idea. Room itself was clean. Dirty sheets left on sofabed that was unusable as a bed. We had to purchase an air bed Property was nice but after hours check-in is not clear through Expedia nor do they provide your phone number so you can do electronic check in and key. No one is at the property after 8pm so you have to call the emergency hotline. Decent location and large room but would definitely check out the 2 bed options

Huge flea infestation in the room. Didn’t notice it at first and then looked down and they were jumping all over my socks and covered the floor. I had 51 bites in a short period of time. They refunded my room and reported that they’d have pest control treat it, but it has been 5 nights since our stay and I’m still not sleeping from the flea bites. Bathroom also smelled like urine which tells me their cleaning crew misses a lot

Great value for the price. There are a few small issues that can be addressed - the stairway smelled like feet, the 3rd floor trash receptacle was overflowing, and the check-out process wasn't clear due to limited weekend front desk hours. I loved the size of the room, the courtyard area, and how quiet it was. I was able to sleep normally without the normal hotel sounds of people talking in the hall, closing doors, etc. The location was convenient but not in a busy, noisy area. I will definitely stay here again.

Desk is not manned at night. Awakened at 2 am by man banging on door of room next door for someone to let them in continued until almost 3 am only to start again at 4 am for another 30 to 45 mins. Went to check out and mention, clerk answered phone and talked to potential future guest for over 10 minutes who was coming by in 2 hrs to look at the accommodations. Only paid attention to us when I loudly told my daughter we would address the 2 problems in our review.
