We stayed in a king bedroom suite. As we only needed a place to sleep, this was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable, will definitely stay again!

The staff, particularly at the front desk, was very helpful and excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of a great deal of TLC.

This is the first time I seen roaches!!!!! The staff was rude in addition. The elevator has been broken for months now from what I’ve been told.

Room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Also very clean. A/C worked well and kept the room cool all day and night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking. The hotel is being updated so there are a few things still to be addressed, but it did not impact or interfere with my stay.

This place had no working fire alert and had a sign on the door stating it was impaired. We were also informed after we checked in that the elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor so it was quite the climb. From the reviews I read after we checked in the elevator and fire alert have been down for months. Seems like those are very important things and should be fixed. We won't be back.

The staff checking in was amazing and very helpful as was the woman who was in charge of keeping the breakfast area stocked. However the pull out sofa bed in our room had two quarter size blood spots and no sheets or blankets. When we called the front desk to ask for some late that night we were told we had to go down to get them which was difficult with two kids in the middle of bedtime routine. The staff at checkout left little to be desired as well, couldn’t be interrupted from her TV show she was catching up on while seated behind the desk. I was not offered a receipt or the normal check out procedures that occur at most hotels. The elevators also didn’t work which was again a real doozy considering we were placed on the third floor and had to carry luggage and a baby.

The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Was great for an Aggie football game weekend. Quiet and the staff member at the front counter was very helpful for our family. This is our go to stay for Aggie football weekends.
