"This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is down a quiet side street, but right in the heart of Bologna and a 2 miniwalk to Piazza Maggiore. We arrived around 2 pm and our room was ready so we could check in early. The woman on reception was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The room was large and clean with everything you need. The only tiny negatives were the shower was a bit erratic and the walls were thin, but overall this hotel is absolutely great. "

"This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!"

"My only comaint is the Air conditioner needs service but other than that. The staff was attentive and daily housekeeping was a nice suprise. The main 24 hour guy was especially helpful when we got locked in the apartment due to a power outage caused by the storm. He showed up within 30 minutes to fix the problem. "

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
