「I want to start by saying the property manager, Leonardo, was wonderful. The rest, not so much. I did not realize when booking this property that there was no AC in the house and the “fans” they provided were beyond insufficient. We had a 6 month old with us and the baby monitor in his room at times read 87F. You can’t sleep with the windows open because the mosquitos are next level. 「We chose this property as a place to unwind between the busy areas of Lake Como and Florence and it worked out perfectly. The home is beautiful, clean, and modern with air conditioning in every room, which was perfect given the heat in Bologna that week. We did laundry, made our own Italian meal, and enjoyed the pool before heading off to the second half of our trip.
