"The property was very unique There were comfy chairs right when u walked in and our room was super large. Staff was nice also Room had a great shower and very comfy bed."

"The staff were so helpful, the property and rooms are clean, and it could not be located better! A little loud at night as it’s near where students hang out but would for sure stay here again!"

Communication with the staff was not great, we had to ask multiple times for the self check in information when we landed as it was not sent in the morning as promised. We also had to wait ages for someone to let us in the front door. Asked if we could leave our luggage anywhere before our evening flight and received no reply. You also have to pay €1 to use the coffee machine and it doesn’t work."

Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."
