"This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. "My Nephew and I rented the apartment for 21 days. We did not have a car but We enjoyed that we could walk to so many locations. 2 markets and a fresh fruit and vegetables store with in a short walk. We found a couple of great pastry places across the street from the apartment and one that does exceptionally good Gelato. They make it fresh each day along with many pastries. "We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."
