Bologna at your feet!

The stay was really nice….like having your own apartment in the City of Bologna. The location was excellent too and the staff at Attico were very helpful and attentive.

The location is in a residential area close to all the main areas of Bologna , piazza Maggiore was within about 10 minutes walk . The host was attentive and responded quickly .

This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!

Beautiful room in a beautiful old building in the south of the centre of the town. Quite a walk from the station but covered mostly by porticos. Lots of facilities, although when we arrived in torrential rain, there were no drying out options, the radiator didn't work and so we had to use damp towels both days we stayed. It got cold at nights and weeded the duvet covers which weren't on the beds when we arrived. As we got there late at night, there was no-one to welcome us but we did get sent a code to let ourselves in. We never saw anyone in the B&B except the room person and all communication was done via WhatsApp message. I would stay somewhere nearer the centre next time I visit. Overall a pleasant stay which would have benefited with some central heating and drying facilities.

The room was everything what was to be expected and staff was very nice and helpfull. We liked the location, near evething but still quite peaceful. Also extrapoints for the easter suprise, staff remembered our family with big chocolate eggs and greetings in our own language. :)

We were blown away by the size of the room. It exceeded all our expectations! The fridge contained water, juice and Prosecco which were all gratis. Such a nice touch! The staff was extremely nice and helpful and I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Chegamos ao quarto e a cama nao estava pronta. Pelo contrario, lençol sujo e com cabelos, sem lençol de cobrir. No mesmo momento enviamos fotos e explicação de toda a situação na experança de alguém vir para arrumar a cama, o que não aconteceu, Dormimos em lençol usado e sem coberta. Com tão poucas unidades dessa propriedade, mostra-se a falta de controle na entrega do produto adquirido. Nao indico a ninguem.

Una notte a Bologna

Ottima location per trascorrere qualche giorno a Bologna. In centro storico, camera molto tranquilla silenziosa e pulita. Personale molto gentle e disponibile. Tutte le principali "attrazioni" di Bologna raggiungibili a piedi con piacevoli passeggiate in centro. Direi assolutamente da provare!

Tranquility & comfort

A beautifully renovated B&B in a very convenient location. Plenty of cafes & restaurants within walking distance. Room was huge, very well equipped and very comfortable, with amazing views across the city roofs out onto the surrounding hills.
