We had a wonderful stay and our expectations were definitely exceeded. All staff was friendly but the two staff members that were there on our check-in and checkout days really went above and beyond. They were very helpful for us and we saw them giving extra care to some older guests as well. It's nice to see hospitality staff who seem to genuinely care.

The hotel has a very private atmosphere what we really estimated. It was very clean and quiet. Perfect for us. The only what could be better is the breakfast what was every day just simple and always excactely the same.

Unbeatable location and great staff! The B&B is homey and very pleasant. The street, Via San Vitale, is lively and fun, yet the room is completely quiet. 051 Boutique is right in the middle of everything, and the staff will help you find whatever you're looking for.

Very nice place run by very nice people.

It was extremely clean and extremely well located in the centre of Bologna (just next to the 2 towers). The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was good but, be careful, it's only available after 8 o'clock which can be a bit late depending on what your plans are. When I had to leave early to take the train I was kindly prepared breakfast to go!

Lovely B&B w. great location & generous breakfast

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in June 2024 at 051 B&B. Room was spacious and quiet. we enjoyed the generous breakfast and helpful reception staff. While our cab from the central train station dropped us off in front, the street in front is restricted so sometimes taxis must pick up & drop off passengers on the next block over. Perfect location in historic district, a block from the 2 two towers. Also a supermarket in on the same block as B&B. We walked everywhere except from train station & to airport which were too far with luggage.

Excellent breakfast with freshly baked croissants, Nespresso coffee in the breakfast area. The room is in a luxury flat, in the historic center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. There can be significant commercial street noise both from delivery trucks and from waste collection.
