"Beware this property sells day passes to the pool, etc. so it is jam packed. We were hotel guests for only a night and looking forward to enjoying the pool and relaxing, only to be met with literally no chairs or pool towels. It ruined our afternoon there. Reserved cabanas sat empty while people fought for pool chairs. I would choose a different hotel next time, this one is expensive and there are others nearby that would be a better choice, imo."

"Room smelled musty, tub had what looked like sand in it. Sink had muddy sand in it as well. No ice machines working. And the water pressure was horrible! We had to use the ice bucket to rinse off. Staff was not helpful. "

"Unfortunately, this stay was really disappointing. The pool and breakfast, which were major reasons we booked this property, were both closed with no clear notice ahead of time. On top of that, the shower in our room was covered in visible mold and felt very unsanitary. Overall, it did not live up to expectations at all."

"This is a good hotel in a good area with everything working in its favor except for one thing: the carpet in the room was so filthy that the bottom of our feet and socks were black, BLACK, from just a few minutes of walking on it. And we have a child who like rolling around on the carpet. Yuck!!!"
