"An amazing hotel in a fantastic location in Kata. Welcoming, hardworking and helpful staff. The hotel caters for Families with a fabulous kids club, it also caters for couples, friends and business travellers. The hotel is so pretty and very aesthetically pleasing. It was a lovely breakfast buffet. The staff make the hotel even more likeable. Our room was large and very clean and the pool view balcony was of a high standard. The hotel grounds have carp, and lovely restaurants and amenities. 5 stars cannot fault this hotel and we stayed for 3 weeks. Well done Novotel 👏 "

"The room cleaning was terrible not enough toilet paper, the shampoo hair conditioner and body wash was empty. Did not restock water for coffee did not was cups or silverware. Not good!"

"Lovely resort, but quite a steep hill to go up a lot of taxi bike i got struggle to go up. If you like hiking then this is a great option. The pool was a good size, the room we had the jacuzzi bit to the pool didnt work. The decor for the room was slightly scary especially at night when waking up to use the bathroom. As you enter the property there was a big face hanging up which is right by the bathroom door, then there was different types of pictures/painting that had eyes around the room come like you're being watch."

"Shops and breakfast could be found nearby. I am not aware of any restaurant being on site. The room was relatively large and i would say fine but pretty average, as was most about the hotel. It was good value though, and staff were friendly. "
