"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and parking are all very easy to find. The rooms are very recently remodeled which we LOVED!!! There’s a great restaurant as soon as you walk out of the hotel. We also loved that it’s walking distance from downtown Napa, which we had to walk after attending BottleRock this year. It’s a 30 minute walk, but it was nice to have the option. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"This location was absolutely perfect. There were shops within one block of the hotel and restaurants 2 to 3 blocks away. The hotel has a terrace with romantic lighting that was perfect for a nightcap. Pack some patients if you plan to eat at the on-site restaurant. We didn't get a chance to partake because we had to leave after waiting 35 minutes for a simple breakfast order. We chose to dine elsewhere the next day, just to avoid the hassle of waiting again. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and I will likely book there next time return to the area.. "

"This upscale property is clean and feels very safe. The room was ample and everything worked properly. Service at the front desk and all other employees were friendly and helpful. The mineral pools were clean and the surrounding areas, cabanas, etc. were lovely."
