The property was clean and convenient to Inverness and Point Reyes. We enjoyed our hosts, who were gracious and helpful with ideas for local restaurants. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The front steps could use a railing for safety, but otherwise, the unit was ideal for the three of us for an overnight stay.

My friend and I had a lovely stay! A cozy, warm place for 2 people and with 2 rooms there's a pull out in one and a bed in the other. I slept so well on the bed! It's also a welcoming touch to have eggs, butter, half & half in the fridge! They have chickens & you might spot one of their many cats. Would come back!

Everything is great, clean, quite... I especially like the heaters in each room, that I can dry my shoes, jackets..., I got wet from the raining days. Also, the host provided a dozen eggs from their chicken, they are very fresh. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

There were several thoughtful hostess touches, like chocolates by the bed, and fresh eggs from their roosters in the fridge! A very nice place for two people to have a quiet weekend in a charming corner of our state.

A gem!

We were so charmed by this place, it is a sweet and quiet green house nestled into a few trees on a small hill. Perfect location, short drive to point Reyes station. The house had everything we needed and more, we cooked breakfast in the morning and found it so cozy, it was hard to leave! Will definitely stay again!

The host was welcoming, and all was as described. It is a small place, and if someone is sleeping on the couch in living room, they should know that the path to kitchenette and bathroom is through the bedroom. The kitchenette is big enough to cook a little, but for a big meal best to be reheating and not cooking from scratch.
