「The staff was very pleasant and helpful! Didn’t get ocean front what I requested and the rooms are very outdated! We had ant problems the whole time and pillows were terrible! The bathroom was kinda gross and outdated! Beach was clean, pool not that clean! I came here for surgery not a vacation so it was okay!」

「Nice hotel front desk very helpful. Big suite room full kitchen .furniture on the balcony need some update....Casa Calabria restaurant have good food 😋 tipo bar open till late.」

「I was happy with the staff they are easy to communicate with.」

「Unfortunately, the lazy river was not working during our stay but this was not noted anywhere at the time we booked (a couple of days before the stay). The property could use some updates, especially to the outside of the building and in the rooms. The staff and service were great though. Very attentive and friendly.」
