I found the space to be clean and tidy bed was super comfortable. Shower was perfect. Don’t have nothing bad to say. The breakfast was perfect. It suited our needs perfectly. It was a great place to lay my head after a long day at the amusement park good job thanks everybody.」

I was starting to get worried but finally someone came. I think he was the only one currently working. Also, most of the exterior doors, even though they had scanners for your key card, did not work and were propped open or did not close all the way. Although my room locked properly, it just was a weird feeling to think that anybody could just...

「Found an earwig in our room and the room had an odd smell, room wasn’t clean either. We left without staying and when we asked for a refund they pretty much said there’s nothing they could do about it.」

「We got a great deal on this property through Expedia and were very happy with the property. It’s feel like historic Williamsburg with great location close to William & Mary and shops/restaurants on Richmond Hwy. The staff was super friendly and while the room was in older side - it was clean and worked fine for our 2 night stay. I was bummed not to use outdoor pool and hot tub (a little chilly - early May stay) but my husband and I enjoyed playing mini golf. I would recommend this hotel/resort!!」

「If you're just staying a few nights, this place is sufficient for the price. Bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom needed some repairs - the ceiling was falling apart and the room could use a good deep clean. The pool wasn't open yet, so we weren't able to use it. Overall, for the price it was okay. If we just need to stay one night, we will probably stay here again. Workers were nice, breakfast had a nice variety (yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, juices)....

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」
