"The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. "

"The hospitality here has been exceptional. The (hotel) staff are lovely, very attentive and try to accomodate and help wherever possible. The best things about Solaria: - very strategically located for a good majority of attractions around the Old Quater. Everything is walkable and nearby. - The food options for breakfast and that they allow you to pick freshly prepared hot food. The rooms are a bit dated and do look a bit old, however, it was still decently comfortable. The one minor annoyance I had was with the toiletries provided here. They give it in those tiny bottles. Would have been easier for use if they had those larger (pump) containers that can be easily refilled. Not a big deal though. The comfort of the beds, cleaniless etc were still very good. "

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it."
