"CHECK IN: We called the hotel a day prior to our arrival and said that we were coming for a brief one night stay and needed to leave early. Requested an early check in. They promised to do their best to accommodate us. Room was not ready until 4:00 PM, an hour AFTER check in time. HOTELS.COM “special goodies” was a blah glass of juice. ROOM: we paid for the most expensive “Lagoon View Suite” only to be housed adjacent to the bar - listening to the bar staff all evening - while having absolutely no view. SERVICE: Staff was friendly but essentially “just doing their job” attitude. HOTEL LOCATION is right adjacent to a noisy beach-club robbing any serenity and romance from the idyllic deck photographs in the promo of the hotel. RATE IS HIGH for what you get."

"This place is amazing! Excellent costumer service. The restaurant has a good variety of food. Definerly you need a car to go there. If you dont rent a car or have a car you should avoid it. Service taxi is around 20 dollars from downtown to the hotel and 20 dollars to go from the hotel to downtown. If you want to disconnect and stay the whole time at the hotel then you will enjoy they have the necessary there."

"From the moment you walked in to the open air lobby/reception area. You just feel a sense of calm. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. And you meet a bunch of fur balls that are there to help you enjoy your stay. The rooms are well maintained and give you a place to completely unwind. Not having a TV in the room makes it so that you truly disconnect from everything. Staff is also very helpful in booking activities such as a sailboat ride around the lagoon and other tours that are available. If you’re looking for a place to come in and just completely relax, this place in 100%."
