"La propiedad no es apta si viajas con alguna mascota, las cabañas son de tamaño pequeña solo para dos personas Max, al llegar pudimos notar que la habitación no había sido refrescada, no había papel de baño, shampoo etc. La cama es acogedora y el aire acondicionado estaba en buenas condiciones pudimos descansar. "CHECK IN: We called the hotel a day prior to our arrival and said that we were coming for a brief one night stay and needed to leave early. Requested an early check in. They promised to do their best to accommodate us. Room was not ready until 4:00 PM, an hour AFTER check in time. HOTELS.COM “special goodies” was a blah glass of juice. ROOM: we paid for the most expensive “Lagoon View Suite” only to be housed adjacent to the bar - listening to the bar staff all evening - while having absolutely no view. SERVICE: Staff was friendly but essentially “just doing their job” attitude. HOTEL LOCATION is right adjacent to a noisy beach-club robbing any serenity and romance from the idyllic deck photographs in the promo of the hotel. RATE IS HIGH for what you get."
