「The staff here are friendly and helpful! Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the them. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is a bit poor, as you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Overall, a great experience despite the noise.」

「El hostal cumple con la descripción y precio, se encuentra sobre la carretera en la salida de Bacalar, el desayuno incluido es bastante modesto (pan, mantequilla y mermelada), las bicicletas requieren mantenimiento por lo que recomiendo cobrar una cuota de recuperación para mantenerlas en buen estado, así como también los kayaks, tienen lockers para guardar cosas de valor por lo que recomiendo llevar candado, aunque es bastante seguro y no se me perdió nada. 「La habitación estaba en lo que cabe limpia, había algunas cosas no tan limpias en la cocina, sin embargo, como no la ocupamos, no le tomamos mucha importancia.
Adicional, algunas áreas de la estancia le hacen falta mantenimiento, como la puerta de la entrada, puertitas de los baños o el lavamanos, pero, son cosas menores que no afectaron la experiencia.
Fuera de eso, el trato del personal fue bastante bueno, nos apoyaron y dieron recomendaciones para comer y disfrutar de nuestro pequeño viaje.」

「It was a fabulous unit! Loved the terrace for sitting out and reading my book. The rooftop pool was quiet and I soaked up all the sun up there! Easy access to everything! Very clean and modern unit! Highly recommend it and will stay there again! The bed was very comfortable!」
