"We had such a great vacation. The resort is located perfectly to the beach and the shopping. We can’t wait to come back v"

"The only good thing about the room was the view of the ocean from the balcony. When we first arrived in the room we noticed the floor was gritty with sand and some crumbs by the fridge. There is a light above the front door that is on a motion sensor so it comes on in the middle of the night anytime we got up to use the bathroom. There is wiring visible above the bedside tables that is just twisted and hanging there like a fire hazard. Then the final insult was we asked for 2 bottles of water on the last day because we had not gotten them from housekeeping the day before and we were told we would be charged for them since it was check out day. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Booked super late online but they took me in right away. So close to the perfect beach. Room a/c was great, cold mini fridge, nice shower. I’ll be back for sure. "

"Spacious clean room. I like having a refrigerator and a microwave in a room. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked grest. The hotel is in a great location, closer to the plaza norte beach and the central area. I felt safe walking around there. The only complaint I had is the wifi. The connection is not that great."
