"Excellent beaches, only one small pool, food was what you would expect at an all inclusive. Restaurants required reservations. Employee JC went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Rented golf cart for $85na day and saw some great things on the island and a lot of beach hopping Just wished Starbucks in the lobby had actually drinks to make, they were out of all supplies and could only do hot or iced coffee "

"GREAT property! Nice pool (small) location is a walk to beach but very do able. We got 4 th floor jacuzzi tub room and after we paid extra they informed us the elevator was broken. I have read it is “broken” a lot. They offer pool towels (when available, never are) and “beach” towels (size of a wash cloth and hand towel) both are hard to get and very limited. Room was very comfortable, nice showers and jacuzzi tub was great ! We had Connor room with amazing view but had a window that didn’t have black out curtains. Ac was great! Fridge and they gave us bottled water daily with an AMAZING cleaning staff. Johnathan the night receptionist was super friendly and greeted us constantly. The one staff member that checked us in was nice at first and then threw the week was rude and unfriendly. Food at the restaurant was good (breakfast) and staff was great. View is undeniably gorgeous and love sitting on porch watching the waves and every morning sun rise. We would stay again but bring our own towels and hope we got a center room. "

"The staff were amazing. I broke my toe and and had a significant cut and lost 2 toenails during a walk the first day. I needed medical attention immediately and they did that for me. The doc got an xray for me same day, in my room. The nurse came daily to clean the open wound and rewraped it daily. Staff was attentive and kind. Great experience! Thank you Elliot for being the best staff everyday. Will absolutely come again!"

"Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Food was okay. Room was nice - but we ended up upgrading. Location was perfect for beaches we wanted. Would definitely consider staying here again but maybe not doing the all inclusive."

"Our shower tap was broken. It wasnt coming the water. When ı Said ı want to change mu room, they didn’t care about it and they just focused the tap, aldı second day when ı took shower ,the water vur of in middle of my shower, my husband fixed but still the water wasnt come too much,.also they didn’t come to my room for cleaning , I don’t know why"
