「A glorious stay in room 412 which for us (couple and 4y/o on a sofa bed) was absolutely perfect. Double balcony with the most wonderful views, well proportioned room with everything we could need and a very nice touch of a complimentary welcome Salcombe Gin & Tonic in our room!
Parking was convenient with the porter parking for us and was handled quickly and efficiently.
The pool facilities were beautifully clean and tranquil and enjoyed especially by our daughter on the child permitted...

「I rarely write reviews, but the service at this hotel was exceptional and deserves recognition. An issue with the booking - not their fault at all - was swiftly and calmly dealt with by a lovely member of staff - unfortunately I didn’t get her name - but she went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t disappointed. And I wasn’t. The room was lovely, and spotlessly clean. Every other member of staff I met showed the same smiling, happy, can-do attitude. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
