"Hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms are comfortable and the river view is beautiful.The staff were welcoming and helpful. Good food and drink were available at the bar, and I enjoyed the outside pool. Hotel is located in a good spot to get around to all the museums+ sites. "

"The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. From our room you could hear music from the street late at night, so if you try to get to sleep early, staying here or anywhere on beale street probably wouldn't be the best choice. Showers/bathtubs need to be updated as well, but over all the room was clean and maintained."

"Staff is rude- told me I didn’t have a reservation (I did). I had to book a different hotel while I was at the airport then was charged a no show fee for the night “I didn’t have a reservation for”. "
