"Nice room, friendly staff, good food"

"All was great! The staff is amazing, amenities and room are perfect too. Amazing days!"

"The criuise we are on is the Amanda Deluxe Cruise. The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. "Great value for a wonderful cruise along Ha Long Bay. The staff is top notch. Cordial, helpful and enthusiastic. The food offering has variety and delicious. Cabins are clean with balconies to enjoy the amazing views. Highly recommended,"

"I selected this place with no knowledge about cruises. I would have done more research. The food was not very good, but the views were great."

"Luxury and top notch. Highly recommended "

"Awesome cruise on the victory star - amazing staff throughout especially our guide Anton!"

"Had a wonderful experience cruising Ha Long Bay. Ship was beautiful and felt luxurious. Staff was very attentive. Would highly recommend!"

"The boat and staff was fantastic , the waterways were great apart from all the rubbish in the water , bit sad to see"

"The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎"

"The ship was excellent as were all the staff. The only negative is the amount of plastic and other garbage in the water of the bay. The cruise people should hire the sampan beer ladies as collectors and pay them per kilo recycled."
