"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Hotel was very good for our purposes. We are a family of 4 adults and accommodation was comfortable for us. The room is furnished with laundry and drier, microwave oven, oven toaster, ref, and you can actually cook as well if you prefer. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest station though, maybe around 750 to 800 meters. Which is actually generally fine except when you have your luggages or on your way back after a full day of activities :)"

Hotel lobby is located on the 36th floor and hotel rooms are located between 37 and 63 floors. Restaurants and cafes are located on 36 and 64/65th floors. Our stay at the 2 bedroom residence suite was beyond our expectations. It has full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils/pots/pans and so on. "Nice property, easy access to subway. Room was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but nice to have a small fridge with freezer. Laundry in room, but washer/ dryer can only fit a small load. "
