「フロントのミスで、最初に渡された鍵の部屋には、誰か別の人の荷物が置かれており、他人にアサインした部屋を私にもアサインしてしまったようだった。すぐに別の部屋をアサインしてもらい、それ以外は問題なかった。」

「This was our second stay, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Due to severe weather, our arrival was significantly delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until very late at night. Despite the late hour, the staff were very kind and accommodating, which was incredibly reassuring. During our stay, we had a minor issue with the door to our room, but when we contacted the staff, they responded right away. We really appreciated how quickly they took care of it. We’re very grateful to everyone...

「EconoLodge Smiths Falls showing its age. Not keeping up with repairs - peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, drywall edges need repairs near elevator. Beautiful balcony view of river and canal. Pleasant staff and well stocked continental breakfast included.」
