Canadian Tire Centre is a nice arena for hockey - pretty good food options, very good sightlines, and good crowd. The biggest negative is that it is outside downtown Ottawa; consider hiring a car service there if you stay in downtown; traffic after a hockey game can be heavy for the first half hour or so, so don't rush out after a game.
