「Lea Hurst is a fantastic place to stay , Quiet and secluded. The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return 」

「My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of December in the Warren room and it was so comfortable! Ziz was the perfect host, what a lovely place the Sheriff Lodge is, close to town and 5 mins from a lovely nearby pub for an evening meal. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice, the homemade granola topped with fruit was the best! Overall a wonderful place to stay and we will return in the summer. "暖房のみのエアコンの温度を下げても変わらず、暑くなりすぎたのでスイッチを切ったが稼働したまま。寝ている間は浴室のドアを開けてベッドに届く風を遮ってやりくり。起きてからは窓を開けてようやく緩和。昨年も同時期に利用したがこのようなことはなかった。一泊だけだったので我慢した。"
