"The room was very spacious -- it was nice to have a separate living room and bedroom. The room was clean, the shower was huge! Hotel staff at the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service. We greatly enjoyed the daily activities and the walking tour led by Adam (I think that is his name)."

"Checking in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Handlery is in the heart of Union Square and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, the theater and Chinatown. When I’m in the city I always choose the Handlery. My only complaint would be having a discounted rate for parking if you are guests at the hotel. We parked in another garage that was considerably cheaper. "
