「As soon as I walked in, I was early staff said no problem will give you an upgrade. Your room was not quite ready. Everything was brand new floors, kitchen bathroom beds. Very friendly very quick quiet.」

「Mildewed curtain, strong smell in the room, towels very old and looking dirty (yellowed, and black stain), very smooth, slippery bath floor. We tried to cut to one night, with a help from Expedia, in vain. We checked out without staying the second night with 100% penalty on us. We had reserved it for the kitchenette, no use for us.」
