"The building fairly new with good amenities. Upon arrival found few minor issues with the room which was sorted out by the staff they were very courteous They attended to all my requests during my stay of 11 days There is shops and restaurants on your doorsteps. I will recommend this property to all my friends Only downside is if your inside during the daytime there is building work next door which can be disturbing "

"Gostamos da localização, de como tudo é limpo e organizado. O que mais nos impressionou foram as pessoas que trabalham lá. A Jane nos tratou muito bem, tão atenciosa e paciente com nossos pedidos. Elias também nos serviu bem e conseguiu achar um pudim delicioso que estávamos querendo. O André foi muito gentil, atencioso e nos tratou super bem nas 2 semanas que estivemos por lá. Obrigada a vocês por tudo. O calor não ajudou muito mas a academia de ginástica poderia ser mais moderna e com um ar condicionado mais forte já que é no último piso. A água do chuveiro do nosso segundo quarto também não estava ficando quente e isso foi um pouco incômodo para tomar banho de manhã cedo. Mas com certeza voltaríamos lá e recomendarei pra quem estiver passando por São Paulo. "

"Great option for a family stay. We spent one night and everything went smoothly. There’s no on-site parking, but we easily found available spots right in front of the building. The self check-in and check-out system worked flawlessly."

"This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel. "

"The hotel is nice and de location is good if you’re there for to do something around the area. The room is good, just comes out of the faucet drops of water. The room had a dishwater machine, fridge, stove, but not one plate, cup, pans, nothing. This is not fare. No one cup for to drink water. Ahhh a small bottle of water cost R$ 15,00 but at the same street cost R$ 4,00. Continuing… no amenities in the room. Excuse me, the hotel is not a B&B but is poor like a rat."
