We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Room service is slow and starts at 11 am. Air conditioner was at best ineffective. The “American kitchen” had a microwave, a hot water electric, and a small fridge. Room size simply too small for a bed and a pullout sofa bed. On the plus side, the hotel restaurant had excellent service oriented staff serving excellent food at a reasonable price.

I travel a lot and brazil is tricky so this place gives u a nice room just what u need and food shopping money exchange all downstairs it is so convenient. Also movie theater.

Great hotel...no coffee...

After staying for 2 weeks in Brazilian hotels, it was nice to stay a couple of nights in an American owned hotel brand. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant with a lot of options. The one thing missing from all other American owned hotels was a coffee maker. As I am sure a lot of people need to do, we had to leave for the airport prior to breakfast being available. Ubless you make breakfast, you will not have coffee. Starting your day at 5am without a coffee maker in the room was not fun. I would have assumed that they would anticipate this, and offer coffee in the lobby. But no, there is no complimentary coffee as an option to breakfast.

Room was clean, good size, tv a bit smaller so as the shower, but overall wasn't bad. I like the proximity of nice restaurants in walking distance. The only IF is that a few nights, early morning like 2 or 3 am, I could hear lots of noise coming from the street and I was on the 11th floor. I dont rhink the glasses are sound proof.
